Do'h! It's finally happened and I'm not sure any of us are prepared. :)
We just got handed some additional features for a project that's been under development for a month... and guess how well these new features are spec'd out? Their not, of course. We know the general direction we're heading down and we have a good idea of what the end goal is going to be. We also know that the timeline won't allow us to spec and then code - we're coding now while the BA's figure out what's really needed. Guess what that means... we're now diving headfirst into the world of Test Driven Development and Agile process... I'm hoping to keep a running blog series on our progress and experiences.
Anyone have any advice? Pointers? Resources? Free training materials? :)
